Hello new subscriber and thank you for signing up for my newsletter!
I know that there are plenty of places online where you can spend your time and attention, so I appreciate that you've chosen to give some of yours to me. In the middle of each month, I will send a newsletter with a short essay. It could be a love letter to an author or a genre. It could be a deep dive into a particular book or series. Regardless of what it is, I will present to you my point of view on some aspect of the written word and why I think it is important. For a sneak peek, check out an essay I wrote for Fantastic Universes about Scott Westerfeld's Uglies series. Additionally, I will share with you what books I am reading and what books I am excited to read. I will also offer some recommendations. Finally, I will fill you in regarding the words I am writing, with updates on all of my projects including the status of my Austen Chronicles series as well as any other publications and podcasts.
